Introduction

Salient does not include a built-in form builder. Instead, it offers beautifully crafted, theme-ready styling along with example configurations for several popular third-party form plugins. This approach gives you complete flexibility to choose the form solution that best suits your workflow, while ensuring your forms remain visually consistent with the rest of your site.

Below, you’ll find importable form data and information for the configurations showcased throughout our demos. These files let you recreate the exact forms seen in each demo without importing the full demo site using the Demo Importer, making it easy to add polished, ready-to-use forms to any project. Each section is organized by the plugin used in the corresponding demo.

Note: Some forms in our demos are wrapped with additional page builder elements. Below, we’re providing form import files only. To recreate the surrounding layout or supporting elements, you can either import the full demo or browse the Salient Studio Template Library for the sections you need.

1. Navigate to the Fluent Form dashboards, hover over the Tools section from the top menu bar, and click on the Import Forms tab.
2. Click the Choose File button to upload a Fluent Forms export file from your computer.
3. After selecting the file, click the Import button.

1. Go to WPForms » Tools and click on the Import tab. Then click the Choose a file button to select the file from your computer that includes the form(s) you want to import.
2. Once you’ve chosen a file, click the Import button.
3. When you’ve successfully imported the form, a notice will appear and provide a link to the Forms Overview page where you can see your imported forms.

Because Contact Form 7 stores its contact form data as a custom post (post type: wpcf7_contact_form), you can export and import form data via Tools > Export and Tools > Import in the WordPress admin screen.
