Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Salient purchases made directly from ThemeNectar (themenectar.com). It is part of the Salient Terms of Service.

Bought Salient on ThemeForest?

If you bought Salient on ThemeForest, your purchase was made through Envato, not ThemeNectar. We cannot issue a refund for a ThemeForest purchase. Refund requests for ThemeForest purchases are handled by Envato under Envato’s own refund policy. Please contact Envato support.

Everything below applies to direct purchases only.

Theme license refunds (direct)

We want you to be confident buying Salient direct, so we offer a money-back guarantee.

  • Window. You may request a refund of a direct theme license within 14 days of purchase.
  • How. Contact us at support@themenectar.com with your order details.
  • What happens. On refund, your direct license is revoked. That means the license key stops verifying, so one-click updates, the demo library, and the direct support plan tied to it no longer apply. You must stop using Salient on any site the license covered.

The guarantee is intended for customers deciding whether Salient is right for them. It is not intended for repeated buy-use-refund behavior. We may decline a refund in cases of abuse, chargeback, license sharing, or a violation of the Terms of Service.

Support plan refunds (direct)

A support plan is a separate purchase from your theme license. It covers 6 months of support for $40 and does not renew automatically unless you turn on auto-renew.

  • If you turned on auto-renew, you can turn it off at any time from your account. It stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • The $40 support charge, including any auto-renewal, is refundable within 14 days of that charge if you have not opened a support ticket in that period. Once you have used support, the charge is non-refundable.
  • Ending or not renewing a support plan does not affect your theme license or your updates, which do not expire.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help. A chargeback filed without contacting us may result in the associated license and support being revoked.
